The consequences of the rocket attack on Slavyansk — operational situation from the National Police and the State Emergency Service of Ukraine
Russian forces attacked Donetsk with four S-300 missiles. Investigative and operational teams, explosives and paramedics of the police, all emergency services work at the sites of the attacks in Slavyansk and Druzhkivka. The rescue operation continues. The number of victims is growing.
The enemy struck around 10:30. Two missiles hit the center of Slavyansk. As of 15:00 it is known about 34 victims, of whom - two died. Five of the injured are in extremely serious condition. Administrative and office buildings, 5 multi-storey and 7 private houses, 10 cars were destroyed.
At the scene, the rescuers of the Slavic garrison extinguished the fires of three cars and rescued a man from the rubble of the building. One person was also transported to a medical facility.
29 personnel and 7 units of equipment were recruited from the State Emergency Service.
Two more rockets were fired by the occupiers at Druzhkivka. The orphanage was completely destroyed, social infrastructure facilities were damaged. There was no information about the victims.
Currently, the police collect evidence of Russian war crimes and help the wounded. Information about wounded and destruction is being clarified.
Primary legal qualification — Part 1 and Part 2 of Art. 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (violation of the laws and customs of war). Materials will be transferred to the Main Directorate of SBU in Donetsk and Luhansk regions.
