The problem of domestic violence during war does not become less important, sometimes even vice versa. As world practice shows, extreme situations only exacerbate the problems of people that have occurred before and generally increase the level of tolerance of society to violence as such.
It is the operators of line 102, the dispatchers who are the first to be contacted by a person in a situation of domestic violence. And it depends on them how timely and qualitatively the affected person will be provided with the necessary assistance.
Quality and professional provision of services in the field of combating domestic violence for the Ministry of Internal Affairs has always been and remains one of the priority tasks, to maintain and increase the level of communication with the population during the war is to maintain people's trust in state bodies and provide maximum assistance and support.
