73-year-old Evdokia Tushev needed to restore the lost passport of a citizen of Ukraine. This request was made to the Khmelnytsky Department of the UDMS by the employees of the Vynohradiv Psychoneurological Orphanage in June this year.

Since the beginning of hostilities, Yevdokia Ivanovna has lost contact with her relatives and relatives. The woman could not remember the name of the relatives.

During the identification procedure of Evdokia Ivanovna, employees of the migration service found her son Alexander. For this, departmental databases were used. The man considered his mother missing in the occupation. Employees of the Khmelnytsky department organized a video communication for mother and son. The man was infinitely happy to see and hear his mother.

At the same time, the migrant workers also established the location of the documents of Evdokia Ivanovna, which were considered lost: the passport of a citizen of Ukraine and a pension certificate. As it turned out, they were securely stored by an old friend's neighbor. She agreed to send the documents to the address of the Vinograd boarding school.

Thanks to the indifference to human problems, professionalism and coordinated work of the workers of the migration service, not only the documents lost during the evacuation were recovered, but also the family, which was ruthlessly divided by the war, was reunited.
