The accident in Kharkiv region is being investigated by a group of investigators of the Main Investigation Department of the National Police
It consists of experienced employees of the specialized unit. The decision to transfer the case to the Civil Registry Office is aimed at ensuring an effective pre-trial investigation of all the circumstances of this accident. As part of the investigation, the investigators summoned businessman Alexander Yaroslavsky for questioning. In order to effectively investigate all the circumstances of the incident that happened on February 9 in the evening in Kharkiv region, the case of the accident was
transferred from the investigative unit of the Kharkiv region police to the Main Investigative Department of the National Police of Ukraine. Therefore, the investigators of the Main Investigation Department of the National Police will be engaged in the further investigation of the circumstances of the fatal traffic accident, in which Ukrainian businessman Oleksandr Yaroslavsky may be involved. According to the decision of the head of the pre-trial investigation body in criminal proceedings, an investigation team has been established.
It consists of experienced investigators. Some of them have already left for Kharkiv region to conduct additional investigative actions.
In addition, investigators called Alexander Yaroslavsky for questioning as part of the investigation into the circumstances of the accident. The call is made in the manner prescribed by the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine. Recall, earlier it was reported that the police of Kharkiv region are investigating all the circumstances of
the accident in which the pedestrian died.
