Students will only be able to return to study offline if all security measures are taken by the educational institution. The decision on the beginning of the educational process and the form of training in educational institutions will be made separately in each region, or even in each educational institution. “The Department of Communications of the Ministry of Internal Affairs has collected key recommendations from rescuers and police officers, doctors and teachers, psychologists and lawyers. This alphabet provides basic guidelines for behavior in emergency situations related to martial law — from responding to an “Air Alert” signal to basic actions in the event of a chemical or radioactive hazard, and covers issues of bullying and traffic rules. It is available on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine,” Alyona Matveeva summed up.
