The educational series “Safe Migration” is already available on the platform “Action. Education”. TV presenter Ekaterina Osadcha will tell citizens how to use services in the field of migration and not get caught in the trap of human trafficking.

“Since the beginning of the war, millions of Ukrainians have been forced to flee abroad, fleeing Russian threats. Most of them are women and children. According to the UNODC Global Trafficking in Persons Report 2022, which used official data from more than 141 countries, the main target of traffickers is women. In 2020, women accounted for 42% of the victims, while another 18% were girls. Over the past 15 years, the proportion of children among identified victims of human trafficking has tripled. Understanding the peculiarities of registration and restoration of documents abroad is what will allow our citizens to avoid a number of threats related to human trafficking,” said Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Ekaterina Pavlichenko.
