500-kilogram Russian plane bomb destroyed by police explosives
Police explosives destroyed a 500-kilogram plane bomb of Russians in Sumy region. She was found in one of the villages of the Akhtyrsky district near the border. After hitting the house, she broke through the roof, walls, plowed through the yard and stopped next to the outbuilding.
It was a bomb with a universal navigation and correction module. With him, she flies a distance of several tens of kilometers from the place of discharge from the plane. Usually such hits are not very accurate, but the hundreds of kilograms of explosives inside the projectile when detonated cause significant destruction and human casualties.
Fortunately, the explosion did not happen. Explosives defused the bomb, transported it to a safe place and destroyed it.
