In compliance with the requirements of Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Principles of State Regulatory Policy in the Field of Economic Activity”, we inform you about the publication on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine (www.mvs.gov.ua) of the draft order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs “On Approval of the Procedure for Monitoring Information on the Results of Mandatory Technical Control Transferred by the Subjects implementation of mandatory technical control to the national database” (hereinafter referred to as the draft act).
The draft act was developed to comply with the requirements of paragraph 2 of paragraph 3 of the second subparagraph of paragraph 3 of the Amendments to the Decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated January 23, 2019 No. 46 “On Amendments to Certain Resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine”, and for the purpose of establishing monitoring procedures, approval of samples of documents drawn up according to the results of monitoring, determination of relations between state supervision (control) bodies in the field of road safety.
