On approval of the Action Plan of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the preparation of draft regulatory acts for 202 2 year

In accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On the principles of state regulatory policy in the sphere of economic activity”

I ORDER:

1. Approve the Action Plan of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the preparation of draft regulatory acts for 2022 (hereinafter referred to as the Plan), attached.

2. The National Police of Ukraine (Klymenko I.), the State Emergency Service of Ukraine (Kruk S.), the Administration of the State Border Service of Ukraine (Deyneko S.), the State Migration Service of Ukraine (Naumenko N.) in case of need to prepare draft orders of the Ministry of Internal Affairs not provided for in the Plan, send proposals to the Ministry of Internal Affairs for amendments to it.

3. To the heads of structural units of the apparatus of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the State Research Expert and Forensic Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (Krymchuk S.), the Main Service Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (Moiseenko E.), the National Guard of Ukraine (Balan M.):

1) if there is a need to prepare draft regulatory acts not provided for in the Plan, send proposals to the Department of Legal Support (Gorbas D.) to amend it;

2) by December 05, 2022 to submit to the Department of Legal Support (Gorbas D.) proposals for the Action Plan of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the preparation of draft regulatory acts for 2023.

4. The Department of Legal Support (Gorbas D.) to prepare by December 14, 2022 a draft order approving the activity plan of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the preparation of draft regulatory acts for 2023.

5. I reserve control over the execution of the order.
