LAW OF UKRAINE
On the Charter for the Protection of Nuclear Installations, Nuclear Materials, Radioactive Waste, Other Sources of Ionizing Radiation of State Property by the National Guard of Ukraine, Important State Facilities and Special Cargoes
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
IN. Approve the Charter on protection by the National Guard of Ukraine of nuclear installations, nuclear materials, radioactive waste, other sources of ionizing radiation of state property, important state facilities and special cargoes attached.
II. Final positions
1. This Law shall enter into force on the day following the day of its publication.
2. Paragraph 2 of the first part of Article 13 of the Law of Ukraine “On the National Guard of Ukraine” (Verkhovna Rada Information, 2014, No. 17, Art. 594; 2016,
No. 3, Art. 35) after the words “established passageway” should be supplemented with the words “or intra-object”.
3. The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine within six months from the date of publication of this Law:
bring their regulatory acts in accordance with this Law;
ensure that ministries and other central executive bodies bring their regulations into conformity with this Law;
ensure the adoption by the central executive bodies of their normative and legal acts resulting from this Law.
