We inform you about the publication on October 08, 2021 on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of the draft Law of Ukraine “On Amendments to the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses on Establishing Liability for Violation of the Procedure and Rules for the Use of Ukrainian Airspace by Operators of Unmanned Aircraft” (hereinafter — the project the law).
The draft law was developed by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in order to ensure the protection of life and health of people, maintenance of public safety and order, protection of the state border, critical infrastructure facilities, important state objects from threats arising in case of violation of order and rules for the use of Ukrainian airspace by operators of unmanned aircraft n.
