We inform you about the publication on October 08, 2021 on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of the draft Law of Ukraine “On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine on the use of unmanned aircraft by law enforcement agencies and combating their illegal use” (hereinafter — the draft law).
The draft law was developed by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in order to improve the legal regulation of issues related to the use of unmanned aircraft in law enforcement activities and combating offenses with their use, as well as ensuring the safety of citizens, critical infrastructure objects, important state objects, interests of society and the state in general.
