We inform you about the publication on December 29, 2021 on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of the draft resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine “On Amendments to the Rules of the Road” (hereinafter - the draft resolution).
The draft resolution was developed by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in order to regulate the procedure for the operation of vehicles equipped with summer tires, in winter time, as well as to establish the procedure for the use of daytime running lights (in case of their absence in the vehicle design — low beam headlights) during the movement of a mechanical vehicle.
