In compliance with the requirements of Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Fundamentals of State Regulatory Policy in the Field of Economic Activity”, we inform you about the publication on March 24, 2021 on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of the draft order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine “On Approval of Amendments to the Procedure for Monitoring Information on the Results of Mandatory Technical Control transmitted by the subjects of mandatory technical control to the national database” (hereinafter - the draft order): https://mvs.gov.ua/uk/ministry/normativna-baza-mvs/proekti-normativnix-aktiv/projekt-nakazu-mvs-ukrayini-pro-zatverdzennya-zmin-do-poryadku-provedennya-monitoringu-informaciyi-20892.

The adoption of the draft order will ensure the improvement of the mechanism for monitoring information on the results of mandatory technical control (hereinafter — monitoring) transmitted by the subjects of mandatory technical control to the nationwide database on the results of mandatory technical control of vehicles.

In addition, the draft order will establish an unambiguous interpretation of the grounds for recognizing the protocols of checking the technical condition of the vehicle as invalid and improve the preparation of documentation drawn up according to the results of monitoring, in particular, introduce the preservation of electronic copies of such documentation in the Unified State Register of Vehicles.
