The draft order was developed by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in order to simplify the process of informing the business entities authorized to inspect tanks, the competent body in the field of transportation of dangerous goods, as defined by Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Transportation of Dangerous Goods”, about the results of tank inspections mounted on wheeled vehicles (tankers and tanks that are part of mixing-charging machines), and extending the operation of the Procedure for inspecting tanks for the transport of dangerous goods to carrying out inspections of tanks installed on wheeled vehicles (tank and tank, which is part of mixing-charging machines) used for transporting gases.
