on the publication of the draft order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine “On Approval of Amendments to Certain Regulatory Acts on the Activities of Commissions in Territorial Bodies for the Provision of Service Services of the Ministry of Internal Affairs”
In compliance with the requirements of Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Principles of State Regulatory Policy in the Field of Economic Activity”, we inform you about the publication on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (www.mvs.gov.ua) of the draft order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs “On Approval of Amendments to Certain Regulatory Acts on the Activities of Commissions in the territorial bodies for the provision of service services of the Ministry of Internal Affairs” (hereinafter - the draft order).
The draft order was developed by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in accordance with the requirements of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 03,
2019 No. 320 “On Amendments to Certain Resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine”, which amended, including, to the Procedure for State Accreditation of Preparatory Institutions promotion and professional development of drivers of vehicles, and certification of their specialists, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated May 20, 2009 No. 490.
Development and adoption of an order stipulating the needcoordination and introduction of legal norms defined by the Regulation on the Accreditation Commission for State Accreditation of Institutions Training, Retraining and Retraining of Vehicle Drivers, and the Regulation on the Certification Commission for Certification of Specialists of Institutions, conducting training, retraining and further training of drivers of vehicles, approved by the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated February 18, 2016 No. 115, registered with the Ministry of Justice Ukraine on March 01, 2016 under No. 322/28452, in accordance with the requirements established by the acts of legislation of the highest power.
