Modified Draft Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine “On Approval of the Procedure for Ensuring the Protection of Objects by Security Police Bodies on a Contractual Basis”

In accordance with Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine “On the principles of state regulatory policy in the sphere of economic activity”, we inform you about the re-publication on January 13, 2021 on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of the draft order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine “On approval of the Procedure for ensuring the protection of objects by police bodies of protection on contractual agreements principles” (hereinafter referred to as the draft order) in connection with the refinement of the analysis of regulatory impact, taking into account the comments and proposals of the State Regulatory Service of Ukraine provided developer in working order.

The draft order was developed by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine (ul. Akademika Bogomolets, 10, m. Kyiv, 01601) in implementation of paragraph 2 of paragraph 3 of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated November 21, 2018 No. 975 “On approval of categories of objects of state form of ownership and spheres of state regulation, which are subject to protection by security police bodies on a contractual basis”.

The draft order proposes the approval of the Procedure for ensuring the protection of objects by the bodies of the security police on a contractual basis in order to regulate the mechanism of action of the security police and customers of security services, subject to which there are objects classified in the Categories of objects of state form of ownership and spheres of state regulation that are subject to state regulation security police bodies on a contractual basis approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated November 21, 2018 No. 975.
