In compliance with the requirements of Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Principles of State Regulatory Policy in the Field of Economic Activity”, we inform you about the publication on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine (www.mvs.gov.ua) of the draft resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine “On Amendments to the List of Paid Services Provided by the Departments of the Ministry internal affairs, the National Police and the State Migration Service, and the amount of fees for their provision” (hereinafter - the draft act).
The draft act was developed by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in order to bring the cost of the list of services provided by territorial bodies for the provision of service services of the Ministry of Internal Affairs to economically justified costs.
The draft act provides for the expansion and improvement of the list of services provided by territorial bodies for the provision of service services of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, bringing the cost of their provision to economically justified realities, and reducing corruption risks in the activities of the system of service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine by determining the cost for the provision of services that currently They are corruptive factors.
