Notice on
the publication of the draft resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine “On Amendments to Certain Resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on the Use of Seals”
In compliance with the requirements of Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Principles of State Regulatory Policy in the Field of Economic Activity”, we inform you about the publication on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine (www.mvs.gov.ua) of the draft resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine “On Amendments to Certain Decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on the Use of Money chat” (hereinafter referred to as the draft act).
The draft act was developed by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine for the implementation of the Plan for organizing the preparation of draft acts necessary to ensure the implementation of the Law of Ukraine dated March 23, 2017. No. 1982-VIII “On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine Concerning the Use of Seals by Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs”, approved at the meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on April 26, 2017 (Protocol No. 32).
The draft act was developed in order to bring the provisions of the legislation into line with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine “On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine Regarding the Use of Seals by Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs”.
