MESSAGE
on the publication of the draft resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine “On Amendments to the List of State Supervision (Control) Bodies Not Subject to the Law of Ukraine “On Temporary Features of the Implementation of State Supervision (Control) Measures in the Field of Economic Activity”
In accordance with Articles 9, 13 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Principles of State Regulatory Policy in the Field of Economic Activity” (hereinafter referred to as the Law), in order to receive comments and proposals from individuals and legal entities, their associations are published:
draft resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine “On Amendments to the List of State Supervision (Control) Bodies Not Subject to the Law of Ukraine “On Temporary Features of Implementation of State Supervision (Control) Measures in the Field of Economic Activity” and analysis of its regulatory impact.

The project was developed in order to focus state supervision (control) on the prevention of offenses in the sphere of economic activity, as well as in connection with the identified systemic violations of the conduct of security activities that impede the conduct of legitimate economic activities, harm the national security of the state and violate the rights, legitimate interests, life and human health.
The adoption of the draft will ensure control by the state over the implementation of the requirements of legislation in the field of security activities by including in the list of state supervision (control) bodies not covered by the Law of Ukraine “On Temporary Features of the Implementation of State Supervision (Control) Measures in the Field of Economic Activity”, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in part the implementation of state supervision (control) in relation to the subjects of security activities, whose employees, using the powers granted to them, committed illegal acts, information about which is entered in the Unified Register of Pretrial Investigations.
