Notice on the promulgation of the
draft resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers “On approval of categories of objects of state form of ownership and spheres of state regulation that are subject to protection by security police bodies on a contractual basis” and analysis of its regulatory impact
In compliance with the requirements of Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Principles of State Regulatory Policy in the Field of Economic Activity” (hereinafter — the Law), the Ministry of Internal Affairs announces the publication of the draft resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine “On approval of categories of objects of state form of ownership and spheres of state regulation that are subject to protection by bodies security police on a contractual basis” (hereinafter referred to as the draft) and analysis of its regulatory impact with a view to obtaining comments and proposals.
The project was developed by the National Police of Ukraine together with the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine to fulfill the mandate of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
The project proposes a unified approach to the definition of categories of objects of state form of ownership and spheres of state regulation, in case of compliance with which, objects are subject to mandatory protection by police authorities on a contractual basis, and it is proposed to approve the Procedure for ensuring the protection of objects by the police and the Methodology for the formation of prices for the services provided by the body security police officers.
