On the approval of instructions regulating the procedure for training, retraining and further training of drivers of vehicles in institutions carrying out such activities, their state accreditation and certification of specialists, as well as the admission of citizens to drive vehicles, issue (exchange) of driver's licenses
On the implementation of the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated May 08, 1993 No. 340 “On Approval of the Regulation on the Procedure for Issuing Driver's Licenses and Admission of Citizens to Drive Vehicles”, dated May 20, 2009 No. 487 “On Approval of the Procedure for Training, Retraining and Upgrading of Vehicle Drivers”, dated May 20 2009 No. 490 “On Approval of the Procedure for State Accreditation of Institutions Training, Retraining and Retraining of Vehicle Drivers, and Certification of Their Specialists”, dated March 02 2010 No. 229 “On Approval of the Standard Training Program for the Training and Retraining of Drivers of Vehicles” and in order to bring the regulations and legal acts of the Ministry of Internal Affairs into line with the legislation
I ORDER:
1. Approve:
1) Instruction on the procedure for organizing the work of territorial bodies for the provision of service services of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine on state accreditation and accounting of institutions that carry out training, retraining and further training of drivers of vehicles, and certification of their specialists, attached;
2) Instructions on the procedure for organizing the training, retraining and further training of drivers of vehicles, attached;
3) Instructions on the procedure for taking exams for obtaining the right to drive vehicles and issue driver's licenses attached.
2. To recognize as invalid the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of August 07, 2009 No. 515 “On the approval of certain regulatory acts regulating the procedure for training, retraining and advanced training of drivers of vehicles in institutions carrying out such activities, their state accreditation and certification of specialties as well as the admission of citizens to drive vehicles, the issuance (exchange) of driver's licenses”, registered with the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 22, 2009 under No. 72/17367.
3. To provide the main service center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (Krikliy V.A.) in accordance with the established procedure for submission of this order for state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
4. This order comes into force from the day of its official publication.
5. Control over the execution of this order shall be entrusted to the Deputy Minister in accordance with the distribution of functional duties.
