In compliance with the requirements of Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Principles of State Regulatory Policy in the Field of Economic Activity”, we inform you about the publication on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of the draft order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs “On the approval of certain regulatory acts on the road transportation of dangerous goods” (hereinafter - the draft act).
The draft act was developed by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in implementation of paragraph 8 of Section II of the Implementation Plan of Directive 2008/68/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on the internal transportation of dangerous goods, approved by the Order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated November 26, 2014 No. 1159-r.
The draft act was developed in order to improve the level of safety in the transport of dangerous goods by road and to bring the norms of national legislation into line with the provisions of the European Agreement on the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road (EDPS).
