In accordance with Articles 9, 13 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Principles of State Regulatory Policy in the Field of Economic Activity” (hereinafter referred to as the Law), in order to receive comments and suggestions from individuals and legal entities, their associations, a revised draft resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine was published on January 28, 2020 “On Amendments to Certain Resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine” (hereinafter referred to as the draft resolution).
The developer is the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine on its own initiative.
The draft resolution was developed in connection with the need to improve the mechanism of conducting trade activities in the field of wholesale and retail trade in vehicles and their components having identification numbers, ensuring the inclusion in the electronic register of complete and reliable information about vehicles that have arrived to business entities for their further implementation, inspection of the material and technical base of business entities, formation and maintenance of the register of such business entities.
Comments and proposals to the said draft act and analysis of regulatory impact from individuals and legal entities, their associations are accepted within a month from the date of publication in writing to the postal address: ul.
