We inform you about the publication on April 15, 2021 on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of the revised draft resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine “On Amendments to Certain Resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine” (hereinafter referred to as the draft resolution), taking into account the proposals and comments of interested parties bodies and public organizations.

The draft resolution was developed to implement the Law of Ukraine of July 14, 2020 No. 786-IX “On Amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine on the Functioning of the Electronic Cabinet and Simplifying the Work of Individuals-Entrepreneurs”, subsection “b” of paragraph 10 of the Decree of the President of Ukraine of November 08, 2019 No. 837 “On Urgent Measures on reforms and strengthening the State”, with a view to implementing the provisions of Directive 2006/126/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 20 December 2006 on driving licences into national law.
