In accordance with Articles 9, 13 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Principles of State Regulatory Policy in the Field of Economic Activity” (hereinafter — the Law), we announce the publication on April 19, 2021 on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of the draft resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine “On Amendments to Certain Decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine” The Court of Ukraine” (hereinafter referred to as the draft resolution), amended taking into account the proposals of the interested bodies: https://mvs.gov.ua/uk/ministry/proekti-normativnix-aktiv/doopracyovanii-projekt-postanovi-kmu-pro-vnesennya-zmin-do-deyakix-postanov-kmu-21218.
The draft resolution was developed by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in connection with the urgent need to bring certain acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine to the requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine, solving problematic issues regarding the receipt of theoretical knowledge (additional theoretical knowledge) by persons on the Rules of the Road, the structure of the operation and operation of vehicles, the basics of traffic safety and the provision of pre-medical care to ensure the training, retraining and further training of drivers of vehicles by accredited institutions through the functional subsystem of the unified information system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (educational portal of the Ministry of Internal Affairs) using distance learning technologies through the application of modern information and communication technologies in accordance with the agreed work programs and plans for training, retraining or upgrading the skills of drivers of vehicles and in order to maintain a sustainable, high-quality the provision of services, including administrative, at the expense of reasonable (rational) amounts of payment in accordance with economically justified costs.
