Information notice on conducting electronic consultations with the public on the draft order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs “On Approval of Amendments to the Procedure for Registration of Individuals and Legal Entities in the Queue Management System for Receiving Services Provided by Territorial Service Centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Expert Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs”

The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine conducts electronic consultations with the public on the draft order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs “On Approval of Amendments to the Procedure for Registration of Individuals and Legal Entities in the Queue Management System for Receiving Services Provided by Territorial Service Centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Expert Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs” (hereinafter — the draft order) published on April 18, 2024 in the subsection “Draft regulations” of the “Normative base of the Ministry of Internal Affairs” section of the official web portal of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.

The implementation of the draft order will apply to the subjects of the appeal — individuals and legal entities who have applied to the Central Office of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and/or the Expert Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs through the queue management system to receive the service.

The implementation of the draft order will contribute to the expansion of the methods of displaying the received vouchers about registration in the queue management system (in electronic form), receiving the corresponding notification (reminder) about the registration made with the possibility of its cancellation in the electronic office of the driver of the functional subsystem of the Unified Information System of the Ministry of Internal Affairs or the Unified State Electronic Web Portal services, in particular using its mobile application.
