In accordance with the Procedure for consultations with the public on the formation and implementation of public policy approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated November 03, 2010 No. 996, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine conducted electronic consultations with the public on the draft resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine “On Amendments to Resolutions Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated June 04, 2007 No. 795 and October 26, 2011 No. 1098” (hereinafter — the draft resolution), which was published on May 08, 2023 in the subheading “Draft regulations” of the heading “Normative base of the Ministry of Internal Affairs” of the official web portal of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine: here.

Proposals and comments on the draft resolution were not received from representatives of the public to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.
