The implementation of the draft resolution will apply to business entities, regardless of the form of ownership, which will be exercised at the request of the owners of vehicles registered in accordance with the Procedure for State registration (re-registration), deregistration of cars, buses, as well as self-propelled vehicles designed on the chassis of cars, motorcycles bicycles of all types, brands and models, trailers, semitrailers, motorcycles, other vehicles and mopeds equivalent to them, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 07, 1998 No. 1388, the manufacture of license plates.
Possible consequences of the implementation of the draft resolution for these social groups of the population and interested parties are to enable business entities, at the request of the vehicle owner, on the basis of the certificate of state registration of the vehicle, to manufacture and issue vehicle license plates on legal grounds.
