The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine conducts electronic consultations with the public on the draft Regulation on the functional subsystem “Medical Information System of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine” (hereinafter referred to as the draft regulation).

Draft Regulation on the functional subsystem “Medical Information System of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine”.

The implementation of the draft provision will apply to the following social groups of the population: persons served in health care facilities belonging to the sphere of management of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, health institutions of the National Guard of Ukraine, health institutions of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine.

Stakeholders to whom the implementation of the draft provision will apply: health care institutions belonging to the sphere of management of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, health institutions of the National Guard of Ukraine, health institutions of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine.

Possible consequences of the implementation of the draft regulation for these social groups of the population and stakeholders are:

• optimization and automation of accounting of medical services and management of medical information by the subjects of the Ministry of Internal Affairs;
• ensuring the possibility of using electronic services by users of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the realization of their rights, in particular under the program of state guarantees of medical care of the population;
• introduction of electronic document flow in the field of medical, rehabilitation practice during the provision of medical services by the subjects of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
