Stakeholders to whom the implementation of the draft order will apply: the territorial body for the provision of service services of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the subjects of mandatory technical control of vehicles (hereinafter — the subjects of the OTC).
The draft order was developed by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in order to optimize the process of maintaining the register of subjects of mandatory technical control, the approved changes will be aimed at improving and increasing the efficiency of this process.
The proposed draft order aims to amend the Procedure for maintaining the register of subjects of mandatory technical control and establish a clear procedure for actions of the Main Service Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs as the administrator of the register of subjects of mandatory technical control (hereinafter — the SOTC register).
The draft act proposes to improve the procedure for entering data on the subject of the OTC and define a clear list of data entered in the register of the SOTC and the procedure for amending the data on the subject of the OTC in the SOTC register, as well as bring the Procedure for maintaining the register of subjects of mandatory technical control in accordance with the Decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in terms of the mechanism for amending the data on the subject of the OTC and the procedure for its exclusion from the register of the SOTC.
Such changes are aimed at ensuring the effective functioning of the SOTC register, as well as taking into account the requirements of the legislation regarding the mandatory technical control of vehicles.
