The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine conducts electronic consultations with the public on the draft order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine “On Approval of Amendments to the Regulation on the Functional Subsystem “Unified Register of Weapons” of the Unified Information System of the Ministry of Internal Affairs” (hereinafter — the draft order), published on April 11, 2023 in subheading “Draft regulations” of the heading “Normative base of the Ministry of Internal Affairs” of the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine: here.

The implementation of the draft order will apply to economic entities that carry out economic activities for the production, repair, trade of non-military firearms, ammunition for it, cold, pneumatic weapons, special means.

Stakeholders to whom the implementation of the draft order will apply: the state and economic entities in the field of production, repair, trade in non-military firearms, ammunition for it, cold, pneumatic weapons, special means.

The implementation of the draft order will ensure the participation of business entities in the provision of services in the sphere of circulation of objects, materials and substances covered by the permitting system of internal affairs bodies, in connection with the automation of the existing procedures for granting permits by means of the functional subsystem “Unified Register of Weapons” of the Unified Information System of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
