Interested parties to whom the effect of the future order will apply: legal entities or individuals intending to build a shooting range, shooting range or stand; authorized employees of the State Research Expert and Forensic Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine (hereinafter referred to as DNETC of the Ministry of Internal Affairs), on which their official duties are assigned the functions of inspecting shooting ranges, shooting ranges and stands.
The draft order provides for setting out the security requirements that are put forward to shooting ranges, shooting ranges and stands, according to which these facilities will be examined for compliance with these requirements, which will ensure the safety of citizens directly during the shooting.

The report on the results of electronic consultations with the public on the draft order will be published in the subsection “Electronic consultations with the public” of the “Public consultations” section of the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine within two weeks after the decision on the results of the discussion.
