The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine conducts electronic consultations with the public on the draft resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine “On Amendments to the License Conditions for the Conduct of Security Activities” (hereinafter referred to as the draft resolution) published on October 28, 2022 in the section “Draft regulations”, posted in the subheading “Normative base of the Ministry of Internal Affairs” of the “Ministry” of the official web portal of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine: here.

The implementation of the draft resolution will apply to the following social groups of the population: citizens who work for security agencies.

Stakeholders to whom the implementation of the draft resolution will apply: business entities in the field of security activities.

The possible consequences of the implementation of the draft resolution for these social groups of the population and interested parties are compliance with the requirements of the legislation regarding the personal registration of conscripts, conscripts and reservists.
