The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine conducts electronic consultations with the public on the draft Law of Ukraine “On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine “On the Peculiarities of State Supervision (Control) in the Field of Economic Activities Regarding Individuals — Entrepreneurs and Legal Entities Applying a Simplified System of Taxation, Accounting and Reporting” on the implementation of state government measures inspection (control) in the field of security activities” (hereinafter referred to as the draft act), published on September 01, 2021 in the subheading “Draft normative acts” heading “Normative base of the Ministry of Internal Affairs” of the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine: here.

The implementation of the draft act will apply to the following social groups of the population and interested parties: citizens; the body of state supervision (control) in the field of security activities (Ministry of Internal Affairs); subjects of security activities.

Possible consequences of the implementation of the draft act for these social groups of the population and stakeholders are:

• improving the quality of the provision of services for the protection of property and citizens;
• preventing violations of the constitutional rights and freedoms of a person and citizen, preventing the occurrence of a threat to their life and health, habitat and vital activity by the subjects of security activities;
• creation of conditions for the restoration of legal rights and interests of citizens, business entities, representatives of law enforcement and other state authorities, local self-government bodies in violation of legislation in the field of security activities;
• ensuring equality of rights and legitimate interests of all business entities that have licenses to conduct security activities.
