The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine conducts electronic consultations with the public on the draft Law of Ukraine “On Amendments to the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses on Establishing Responsibility for Violation of the Procedure and Rules for the Use of Ukrainian Airspace by Operators of Unmanned Aircraft” (hereinafter — the draft law), which was made public published on October 08, 2021 in the subheading “Draft regulations” of the heading “Normative base of the Ministry of Internal Affairs” of the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine: here.

The implementation of the draft law will apply to citizens of Ukraine, foreigners, stateless persons.

Stakeholders to whom the implementation of the draft law will apply: operators of unmanned aircraft.

Possible consequences of the implementation of the draft law for these social groups of the population and stakeholders are:

• satisfaction of the population with the level of security within the borders of the state, ensuring the protection of vital national interests from real and potential threats of a non-war nature;
• establishment of administrative responsibility for violation of the procedure and rules of use of the airspace of Ukraine by operators of unmanned aircraft.

The report on the results of electronic consultations with the public on the draft law will be published in the subsection “Electronic consultations with the public” of the “Public consultations” section of the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine within two weeks after the decision is made based on the results of the discussion.
