The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine conducts electronic consultations with the public on the draft resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine “On Amendments to the Procedure for the Conversion of Vehicles” (hereinafter — the draft resolution), which was published on June 30, 2021 in the subheading “Draft normative acts” heading “Normative base of the Ministry of Internal Affairs” of the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine: here.

The implementation of the draft resolution will apply to individuals and legal entities who apply to the authorized organizations with applications for approval of the conversion of vehicles, in order to further re-register them in the service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

Possible consequences of the implementation of the draft resolution are:

• bringing the Procedure for the conversion of vehicles in accordance with the current legislation;
• improvement of the procedure for the conversion of vehicles and their subsequent state registration (re-registration).

Proposals and comments on the draft resolution shall be accepted within one month from the date of publication in writing to the e-mail address: info@hsс.gov.ua.
