On leaving without consideration the application for obtaining a license to conduct security activities

The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine applied for a license to conduct security activities by the limited liability company “SECURITY FIRM “MARSHAL-COM” (hereinafter — the license applicant).

According to the results of consideration of the application and the documents attached to it, it is established that in violation of the requirements of paragraph 6 of the License Conditions for the Conduct of Security Activities, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 960 of November 18, 2015, the license applicant submitted an application and information about security personnel that do not comply with the forms, installed by Appendices 1 and 2, respectively.

The license applicant did not provide information on the availability of special means (Appendix 21), response transport (Appendix 22), the availability of places of economic activity for low-mobility groups of the population (Appendix 4), as well as a certified copy of the employment contract concluded with the person entrusted with the performance of the duties of a specialist in organizing events protection or extract from the work book of this person.

The submitted documents also lack a copy of the passport of the head of the license applicant.

In addition, in violation of part five of Article 10 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities”, the application for obtaining a license is signed by a person who is not authorized to perform this action.

It is possible to eliminate these shortcomings by providing an application of the established form signed by the head of the applicant for the license, a copy of the manager's passport, information according to Annexes 2, 21, 22, 4 and a copy of the employment contract certified by the license applicant or an extract from the work book of a security specialist for organizing events Ni.

In view of the foregoing and in accordance with paragraphs 1 and 2 of the second part of Article 12 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities”

I ORDER:

1. Leave without consideration the application dated December 14, 2021 No. 108621 for obtaining a license to conduct security activities of the limited company “SECURITY FIRM “MARSHAL-COM” (location: Mazepa Ivana Street, house 14, apartment 18, Poltava city, 36021, identification code 44440060).

2. Department of Communications (Shevchenko A.) to ensure the posting of this order on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the publication of the working day decision on the next day.

3. The Licensing Office (Chernyshova O.) ensure control over the execution of this order.
