On leaving without consideration the application for obtaining a license to conduct security activities

The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine applied for a license to conduct security activities by the limited liability company “ARC SECURITY” (hereinafter — the license applicant).

According to the results of consideration of the application and the documents attached to it, it is established that in violation of the requirements of paragraph 6 of the License Conditions for the Conduct of Security Activities, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 960 of November 18, 2015, the license applicant did not provide information about the security personnel (Appendix 2) and the availability of places of proceedings economic activities for low-mobility groups of the population (Annex 4), availability of special means (Annex 21) and response transport (Annex 22), as well as a certified copy of the employment contract concluded with the person entrusted with the performance of the duties of a specialist in organizing security measures or an extract from the work book of this person.

In addition, the location of the legal entity specified in the application does not correspond to the address entered in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs and Public Organizations (hereinafter referred to as the Unified State Register).

It is possible to eliminate the shortcomings by indicating in the application the location of the legal entity in accordance with the record of the Unified State Register, providing information in accordance with Annexes 2, 21, 22, 4 and a copy of the employment contract certified by the license applicant or an extract from the work book of a specialist in the organization of protective measures.

In view of the foregoing and in accordance with paragraphs 1, paragraph 2 of the third paragraph of part 2 of Article 12 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities”

I ORDER:

1. Leave without consideration the application dated December 22, 2021 No. 111732 for obtaining a license for the conduct of security activities of the limited company “ARC SECURITY” (location: 5 Bliskuna Lane, Bohrivka village, Bohorodchansky district, Ivano-Frankivsk region, 77741, identification code 2020 45921891).

2. Department of Communications (Shevchenko A.) to ensure the posting of this order on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the publication of the working day decision on the next day.

3. The Licensing Office (Chernyshova O.) ensure control over the execution of this order.
