THE ORDER

On the approval of the indicative plan for public consultations in the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine for 2022

In accordance with paragraph 6 of the Procedure for public consultations on the formation and implementation of public policy, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated November 03, 2010 No. 996 (as amended),

I ORDER:

1. Approve the indicative plan for public consultations in the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine for 2022 (hereinafter referred to as the Indicative Plan), which is attached.

2. The Department of Informatization (Mykhailov O.), the Main Service Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (Moiseenko E.), the State Research Expert and Forensic Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (Krymchuk S.) to inform the Department of Communication (Shevchenko A.) in case of termination of the preparation of draft regulations legal acts included in the Indicative Plan, or changes in the terms of public consultations on these projects.

3. Heads of structural units of the apparatus of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Main Service Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the State Research Expert and Forensic Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the State Research Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the event of the need to prepare draft regulatory acts that were not included in the Indicative Plan, but in respect of which, accordingly, to paragraph 12 of the Procedure for holding consultations with the public on the formation and implementation of public policy, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated November 03, 2010 No. 996 (hereinafter referred to as the Procedure), It is mandatory to consult with the public, send to the Department of Communications (Shevchenko A.) for publication on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs information in the form and within the time limits specified in paragraphs 15, 17, 20 and 21 of the Procedure.

4. Department of Communications (Shevchenko A.) ensure the posting of the indicative plan on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

5. Control over the execution of this order is entrusted to Deputy Minister B. Drapyaty.
