On leaving an application for obtaining a license to conduct security activities without consideration

The limited liability company “GLOT-RISING” (hereinafter — the license applicant) applied to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine for obtaining a license to conduct security activities.

Based on the results of consideration of the application, it was established that there are grounds for leaving it without consideration, namely the submission of an application that does not correspond to the form established by Appendix 1 to the Licensing Conditions for the Conduct of Security Activities, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated November 18, 2015 No. 960 (hereinafter — License Terms), as well as filing not in the full amount of documents attached to the application for a license.
