About the place of conduct of economic activities

In accordance with Article 6 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities” and the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 05, 2015 No. 609 “On Approval of the List of Licensing Bodies and Recognition as Invalid Certain Decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine”

I ORDER:

1. In accordance with the information submitted by the limited liability company “TECHIMPEX SCIENTIFIC AND PRODUCTION COMPANY” (identification code 32499006; location: Nezalezhnosti Blvd., house 14, Brovary city, Kyiv region, 07400), consider the place of business activity shop for trade in firearms non-military use, ammunition for it, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons with a caliber of more than 4.5 millimeters and a bullet flight speed of more than 100 meters per second, located at: Polova Street, house 7, Zasupoivka village, Boryspil district, Kyiv region.

2. In accordance with the information submitted by the limited liability company “STVOL” (identification code 37608933; location: Rishelievskaya street, house 73, Odessa city, 65012), consider the place of business activity a store for trading non-military firearms, ammunition for it, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons with a caliber of more than 4.5 millimeters and a bullet flight speed of more than 100 meters per second; sale of special equipment charged with tear and irritant substances, personal protection, active defense, located at the address: Victory Avenue, building 9, Kyiv city.

3. Department of Communications (Shevchenko A.) to ensure that the order is posted on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for publication no later than the working day following the day of adoption of this decision.

4. The Licensing Office (Chernyshova O.) ensure control over the execution of this order.
