On the approval of the Procedure for electronic information interaction of the State Judicial Administration of Ukraine, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine and the central executive bodies, whose activities are directed and coordinated by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine through the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine

In accordance with sub-paragraph 13 of paragraph 6 and paragraph 11 of the Regulation on the State Judicial Administration of Ukraine, approved by the decision of the Supreme Council of Justice of January 17, 2019 No. 141/0/15-19, subsection 18 of paragraph 4 of the Regulation on the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 28, 2015 No. 878, Regulation on the Unified Information System of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated November 14, 2018 No. 1024, in order to ensure electronic information interaction of the State the judicial administration of Ukraine, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine and the central executive bodies, whose activities are directed and coordinated by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine through the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine,

WE ORDER:

1. Approve the Procedure for electronic information interaction of the State Judicial Administration of Ukraine, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine and the central executive bodies, whose activities are directed and coordinated by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine through the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, attached.

2. To recognize as invalid the order of the State Judicial Administration of Ukraine, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of July 09, 2019 No. 685/553 “On approval of the Procedure for Electronic Information Interaction of the State Judicial Administration of Ukraine and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine”.

3. The structural unit of the DSA with the responsible person, the Communication Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine (Shevchenko A.) to publish this order on the official websites of the State Judicial Administration of Ukraine and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, respectively.

4. We reserve control over the execution of this order.
