On leaving without consideration the application for the issuance of a license for the conduct of security activities

The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine applied for a license to conduct security activities by the limited liability company “SECURITY COMPANY “GARANT RETAIL” (hereinafter — the license applicant).

According to the results of consideration of the documents attached to the application, it is established that in the copy of the diploma of higher education, the surname of the person entrusted with the performance of the duties of a specialist in the organization of security measures (hereinafter — specialist) does not correspond to the surname specified in the passport of a citizen of Ukraine.

In addition, in accordance with subparagraph 1 of paragraph 6 of the License Conditions for the Conduct of Security Activities, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated November 16, 2015 No. 960, the license applicant must submit a copy of the employment contract concluded with the specialist or an extract from his work book certified by him.

At the same time, the entries contained in a copy of the specialist's workbook do not correspond to the records of the extract from this book.

It is possible to eliminate these shortcomings by providing the applicant with a copy of the employment contract concluded with a specialist, certified by the head, and a copy of the document confirming the change of his name.

In accordance with paragraph 1 of part 2 of Article 12 of the Law of Ukraine “On licensing of economic activities”

I ORDER:

1. Leave without consideration the application dated 01.12.2021 No. 104708 for obtaining a license to conduct security activities of the limited liability company “SECURITY COMPANY “GARANT RETAIL” (identification code 40121756; location: Azerbaijanska Street, house 16/4, apartment 11, Kyiv city, 02090;).

2. Department of Communications (Shevchenko A.) to ensure the posting of this order on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the publication of the working day decision on the next day.

3. The Licensing Office (Chernyshova O.) ensure control over the execution of this order.
