THE ORDER

On the approval of the List of national standards for the purposes of applying the Technical Regulation of Pyrotechnic Products, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated January 05, 2021 No. 8

In accordance with Article 11 ² of the Law of Ukraine “On Technical Regulations and Conformity Assessment”, the List of spheres of activity in which the central executive bodies exercise the functions of technical regulation, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1057 of December 16, 2015, and in order to improve technical regulation in the field of pyrotechnic products

I ORDER:

1. To approve the List of national standards for the purposes of applying the Technical Regulation of Pyrotechnic Products, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated January 05, 2021 No. 8, attached.

2. The Communications Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine shall ensure the posting of this order on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine within five working days from the date of its issuance.

3. I reserve control over the execution of this order.
