On the complete cancellation of the license for the conduct of the type of economic activity

In accordance with paragraph 4 of part twelve of Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities” and the statement of the heir of Konstantaki Elena Nikolaevna

I ORDER:

1. To completely cancel the license to conduct economic activities on trade in non-military firearms and their ammunition, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons with a caliber of more than 4.5 millimeters and a bullet flight speed of more than 100 meters per second; sale of special equipment loaded with tear and irritable action, personal protection, active defense, issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated May 16, 2018 No. 406 to an individual — entrepreneur Dyatlov Volodymyr Volodymyrovych (place of residence: Dalekoshidna Street, building 2-B, Odessa city, Odessa region, 65006, registration number of the taxpayer's registration card and other mandatory payments 2743520636).

2. Department of Communications (Shevchenko A.) to ensure that the order is posted on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for publication no later than the working day following the day of adoption of this decision.

3. The Licensing Office (Chernyshova O.) ensure control over the execution of this order.
