On the issuance of licenses for the right to conduct certain types of economic activities and the place of conduct of security activities

In accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities” and the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 05, 2015 No. 609 “On Approval of the List of Licensing Bodies and Recognition as Invalid Certain Decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine”

I ORDER:

1. Issue to the limited liability company “BANZER” (ul. Obukhiv highway - 2, house 2, p. Khodosivka, Kyiv-Svyatoshinsky district, Kyiv region, 08173, identification code 40450929) — license for conducting activities on trade in non-military firearms, ammunition for it, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons of caliber over 4.5 mm and bullet flight speed over 100 m/sale of special means charged with tear and irritating substances, personal protection, active defense. Place of activity at the address: ul. Berezova, 2, s. Khodosivka, Kyievo-Sviatoshynskyi district, Kyiv oblast.

2. Department of Communications (Shevchenko A.V.) to ensure the posting and publication of this order on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

3. The Licensing Office (Chernyshova O.V.) within three working days to inform the license applicant of the decision made and ensure control over the execution of this order.
