On the issuance of a license for the right to conduct certain types of economic activities and the place of conduct of activities

In accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities” and the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 05, 2015 No. 609 “On Approval of the List of Licensing Bodies and Recognition as Invalid Certain Decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine”

I ORDER:

1. To issue to an individual — entrepreneur Okhrimenko Natalia Vasylivna, who lives at the address: ul. Anna Bondarivny, 10, m. Bohuslav, Kyiv region, 09700, — registration number of the taxpayer's account card and other mandatory payments 2544804063, — license for conducting activities on trade in non-military firearms, ammunition for it, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons of caliber over 4,5 mm and flight speed bullets over 100 m/s; sale of special means charged with tear and irritant substances, personal protection, active defense. Place of activity at the address: ul. Shevchenko, 11, m. Boguslav, Kyiv region.

2. Department of Communications (Shevchenko A.V.) to ensure the posting and publication of this order on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

3. The Licensing Office (Chernyshova O.V.) within three working days to inform the license applicant of the decision made and ensure control over the execution of this order.
