On the narrowing of the conduct of economic activities

In accordance with the eighth part of Article 15 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities” and the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 05, 2015 No. 609 “On Approval of the List of Licensing Bodies and Recognition as Invalid Certain Decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine”

I ORDER:

1. To narrow the proceedings of the limited liability company “EVERFORT” (Patriotichna Street, building 64 D, Zaporizhia city, 69005, identification code 33210632) type of economic activity for the repair of non-military firearms, trade in non-military firearms, ammunition to it, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons with a caliber of more than 4.5 millimeters and a bullet flight speed of more than 100 meters per second; sale of special means charged with tear and irritant substances, personal protection, active defense, carried out at the address: Patriotichna Street, building 64 D, Zaporizhia city, for the type of activity on trade in non-military firearms, ammunition for it, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons of caliber over 4.5 millimeters and bullet flight speed of more than 100 meters per second; sale of special means charged with substances of tear and irritant action, personal protection, active defense. Activities at the address: Feodosiiska street, house 3, city of Zaporizhia, are carried out in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 10.10.2018 No. 826.

2. Narrow the proceedings of the NGO “ZAPORIZHZHIA SPORTINO-SHOOTING CLUB” (12 April street, building 78, apartment 173, Zaporizhia city, 69001, identification code 40423434) type of activity for the production of ammunition for non-military firearms, repair of non-military firearms, pneumatic weapons with a caliber of more than 4.5 millimeters and a bullet flight speed of more than 100 meters per second, trade in non-military firearms, ammunition for it, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons of caliber over 4.5 millimeter and bullet flight speed of more than 100 meters per second; sale of special means charged with tear and irritant substances, personal protection, active defense, carried out at the address: Northern Highway, house 113, Zaporizhia city, to the type of activity for the production of ammunition for fire non-military firearms, trade in non-military firearms, ammunition therefor, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons of caliber over 4.5 millimeters and bullet flight speed of more than 100 meters per second; sale special means charged with substances of tearing and irritating action, personal protection, active defense. Activities at the address: Feodosiiska street, house 3, city of Zaporizhia, are carried out in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 18.12.2018 No. 1028.

3. Department of Communication (Shevchenko A. B.) ensure that the order is placed on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for publication no later than the working day following the day of adoption of this decision.
