About additional measures for the prevention of coronavirus

In accordance with the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated March 11, 2020 № 211 “On preventing the spread of COVID-19 coronavirus in Ukraine”, in order to prevent diseases caused by the COVID-19 coronavirus, taking into account the decision of the State Commission on Technogenic and Environmental Safety and Emergency Situations of March 10, 2020

I INSTRUCT:

1. Department for ensuring the operation of the apparatus (N. BONDAR), Department of Organizational Work (I. PARUBOCHY) temporarily, until a separate order, suspend:

• conducting a personal reception of citizens by the leadership of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and structural divisions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs;
• acceptance of applications and appeals, lawyer requests, requests for public information by personal submission of them by applicants through the reception of citizens.

2. Department for ensuring the operation of the apparatus (N. BONDAR) to provide:

• reception of applications, appeals of citizens and requests for public information, lawyer requests by means of electronic or postal communication, through the box for receiving applications, appeals of citizens and requests for public information, lawyer requests;
• opening a box for receiving applications, appeals from citizens and requests for public information, lawyer requests and sampling of correspondence on working days twice a day: at 12 and 17 hours.

3. Department of State Property and Resources (L. SHALIYEVSKA), to the State Institution “Service Center of Units of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine” (O. MOHYLA) to ensure the installation of a box for receiving applications, appeals of citizens and requests for public information, lawyer requests in the premises of the checkpoint of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

4. Department of Communication (A. SHEVCHENKO) to ensure the publication of the information specified in paragraphs 1, 2 of this order, on the website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

5. I reserve control over the execution of the order.
